What You'll Be Doing

Every individual we serve has different goals, so every day brings something new.

You May

• Provide one-on-one support in the individual's home and community
• Teach life skills that increase independence
• Assist with daily routines and personal care when needed
• Encourage community involvement, recreation, and social activities
• Document services accurately using our mobile app
• Partner with families and your Care Coordinator to provide quality support

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
