Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable individual to assist with our weekly facility transition from church services back to preschool setup. This essential role helps us maintain our dual-purpose facility by moving furniture, supplies, and equipment between our classrooms/auditorium and storage pods.
Key Responsibilities
- Move furniture, chairs, supplies, toys, and equipment between indoor spaces and outdoor storage pods
- Assist with reorganizing classroom and auditorium layouts
- Help transition the space from weekend church configuration to weekday preschool setup
- Handle materials with care to ensure longevity and safety
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete the transition
Schedule
- Schedule: Sundays, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
- Minimum Hours: 2 hours guaranteed per week, even if tasks are completed sooner
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move furniture and supplies
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Physical capability to work outdoors (storage pods are located in parking lot)
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to follow directions
- Availability for consistent Sunday afternoon shifts
