Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 3-6 month contract position located in the Dublin, OH area. The position will be located onsite 5 days a week in the Columbus office.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide level 2 technical support
  • Ability to analyze logs within multiple Microsoft applications to resolve user issues
  • Hardware and software support


Qualifications:


  • 3 years of MS Windows desktop operating system deployment experience required.
  • Windows 11 desktop operating systems deployment and support experience required.
  • Experience in using ITSM systems like ServiceNow is a plus.
