Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end users and ensure smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting Windows environments, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing user accounts.

Required Skills

• 3 years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and user account management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, or endpoint management tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 desktop and end-user support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and remote users
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure SLA compliance
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft or ITIL certifications are a plus
• Experience in enterprise environments preferred
