Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely billing and collection of receivables
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries and financial reports
- Support payroll related reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
