Encompass Onsite is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to own and scale the systems behind our growing revenue operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be the primary builder and administrator of our Go High Level (GHL) environment, supporting both service partner recruitment and enterprise client growth.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, you will work closely with senior leadership and have real ownership over how our revenue technology, processes and reporting develop as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
As Head of Revenue Operations, you will:
- Build and maintain supply-side and demand-side GHL pipelines
- Create scoring frameworks for ideal partners and customers
- Design automated outreach, nurture and win-back workflows
- Manage users, permissions, integrations and platform relationships
- Own lead-scoring models using fit, intent and engagement data
- Model acquisition cost, lifetime value and contract value
- Track conversion, pipeline velocity and stage performance
- Build dashboards for recruiting, operations, marketing and leadership
- Turn pipeline data into clear, decision-ready executive reporting
- Establish strong standards around CRM data, naming conventions and workflow governance
- Identify bottlenecks and scaling risks before they slow the business down

The person
We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations with:
- 5–10 years' Revenue, Marketing or Sales Operations experience
- At least 2 years in a senior CRM ownership role
- Deep hands-on Go High Level experience
- Experience with integrations, APIs and automation
- Strong knowledge of funnel economics and forecasting
- Experience building executive dashboards and lead-scoring models
- Knowledge of outbound marketing technology
- Confident senior-level communication skills
Facilities services, field operations or marketplace experience would be an advantage.
