JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Food & Beverage is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the overall performance, quality, and innovation of all dining and beverage experiences across the resort. This role oversees multiple outlets, including signature restaurants, casual dining venues, bars, lounges, banquets, and in-room dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury service standards.
The Director provides vision and direction for all F&B operations, driving revenue growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness. This includes full accountability for budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance across all outlets.
A key component of the role is leadership and team development. The Director recruits, trains, mentors, and inspires department leaders and team members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. They ensure proper staffing, succession planning, and alignment with brand and service expectations.
Operationally, the Director oversees daily restaurant and bar functions, menu development in collaboration with culinary leadership, beverage programming, inventory management, vendor relationships, and compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. They also partner closely with other departments to deliver seamless group, event, and banquet experiences.
The Director of Food & Beverage plays a critical role in shaping the resort’s identity through innovative concepts, elevated service standards, and curated dining experiences that enhance the overall guest journey and drive repeat visitation.
