Enchanting Earth, a rapidly growing high-vibrational crystal jewelry brand, is opening its first storefront in Sedona, AZ and we’re seeking an intuitive, creative, and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to blend retail and digital creativity in a sacred, intention-driven environment. The ideal candidate is both customer-centric and content-savvy, passionate about crystals, and helping others. You’ll serve as both a key in-store presence and a guiding voice for our online community.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand vision and drive engagement
- Edit video and audio content for YouTube, Reels, and podcasts
- Respond to DMs and comments in a warm, timely, and compassionate tone
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in social media, metaphysics, and luxury jewelry
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in retail sales, social media content creation, or marketing
- Proficiency in Canva, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Shopify
- Experience with video and audio editing tools for social content and YouTube
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage creative and operational tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with both tech and customer service
- Must be based in or near Sedona, AZ – this is an in-person role only
- A love for crystals, metaphysics, healing, and intentional living is essential
