Enchanting Earth, a rapidly growing high-vibrational crystal jewelry brand, has opened a storefront in Sedona, AZ and we’re seeking an intuitive, creative, and motivated Fulfillment & Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to support both our store and our online community in a sacred, intention-driven environment. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, detail-oriented, and passionate about crystals, healing, and helping others.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly through order fulfillment, customer communication, invoicing live sales, and supporting our website.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Operations
- Fulfill online orders and live sale invoices with care and accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory, restocking and tracking items as needed
- Prepare packaging that reflects the beauty and energy of the Enchanting Earth brand
- Assist with other projects and tasks as needed
Customer Support
- Assist with customer messages and emails across platforms
- Provide order updates, answer questions, and offer grounded, compassionate support
- Uphold an exceptional client experience in alignment with our brand values
Website & Inventory Support
- Update product listings, descriptions, and inventory in Shopify
- Ensure accuracy across product pages and availability
- Assist with basic backend tasks that support daily operations
General Assistance
- Support the team during busy seasons, launches, and live sale days
- Maintain a calm, organized workspace that reflects intention and integrity
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in customer service, fulfillment, operations, or administrative support
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Shopify, email platforms, basic tech, and multitasking
- Must be based in or near Sedona, AZ. This is an in-person role only
- A love for crystals, metaphysics, and intentional living is essential
