Fast-growing multimedia company seeks full-time Executive Sales Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting with selling and servicing advertising campaigns to new and existing accounts. Range of services includes: print and digital advertising, social media, and other ancillary products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling of appointments and assisting Director of Sales & Marketing with prospects and existing marketing partners to review their marketing goals and objectives and determine effective advertising solutions.
- Assist in preparation of sales presentations for prospects and marketing partners.
- Assisting with delivering professional demonstrations or presentations of company products with prospects/marketing partners.
- Liaising between the company and marketing partners to provide up-to-date communication on pricing, products and services.
- Generating and developing sales prospects to increase revenue, through research of the market.
- Continuously updating marketing partners on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Enhancing up to date knowledge on new products, procedures, services and tools by attending departmental and training meetings.
- Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Organizing joint sales calls with the company’s sales management when needed or called upon to do so.
- Performing the updating and maintenance of accounts for prospects, agencies and marketing partners within CRM.
- Providing product/service pricing quotes to prospects and marketing partners as needed.
- Ensuring follow-up after passing sales leads to managers with complete prospects/marketing partner profile information, calls-to-action, sources, dates.
- Order entry, finalization and ultimate collections of sale if required.
