We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior coffee shop experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and high-quality beverages.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages to company standards
- Provide friendly, welcoming customer service to every guest
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including bar area and lobby
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain speed and accuracy during busy periods
Requirements
- Prior coffee shop or café experience required
- Ability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability is a plus
Pay: $16.90 - $18.00 per hour
