What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Sales Representative position at EnableSA (Pty) Ltd?
· Secure orders from existing and prospective
customers, through a relationship approach
· Ensure that account customers are within the
agreed parameters of their credit limit
· Ensure that a calling cycle has been established,
and all customers are seen within the cycle
· Monthly sales targets are set, and all endeavours
must be made to achieve them
· Attend regular sales meetings as per
requirements of the sales manager/branch manager
· All company monies must be accounted for
whether collected from the customer or the completion of expense vouchers
· Follow up all customer queries
· Manage the customer’s account
· Research and implement methods to ensure
organic base growth
· Planning of calling cycle to co-ordinate with
logistics and technical groups
· Supplies management with oral and written
reports on customer needs, problems, interests and all competitive activities
and potential for new products and services
· Assist with all other duties as specified by
management
Requirements
· Grade
12
· Tertiary
qualification will be an advantage
· Minimum
2 years relevant experience, gained in the baking / confectionery industry
· Proficiency
in MS Office
· Valid
drivers license
