· Manage
employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation.
· Administer
contracts of employment, addendums, and termination documentation.
· Maintain HR
systems, personnel files, and reporting.
· Coordinate
end-to-end recruitment processes.
· Liaise with
line managers to understand staffing requirements.
· Conduct
interviews and reference checks.
· Manage
onboarding, induction, and probation processes.
· Advise
managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labour matters.
· Handle
disciplinary procedures, grievances, and poor performance management.
· Prepare
documentation and represent the company in CCMA or internal hearings if
required.
· Promote
positive employee relations and workplace culture.
· Support
Employment Equity committee activities and reporting.
· Assist with
audits and ensure HR compliance standards are met.
· Support
performance management processes and reviews.
· Assist with
learning and development initiatives, training coordination, and skills
development reporting.
· Identify
development needs and support succession planning initiatives.
Requirements
· Grade
12
· Degree or
Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
· 3–5 years’
experience in a generalist HR role.
· Proven
experience with South African labour legislation.
· Experience
handling disciplinary and grievance processes.
· Candidate
must be available immediately
