Sales Associate

En Fuego Tobacco Shop is looking for outgoing, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at our McKinney locations.

We’re more than a retail cigar shop. We’re a place where people come to relax, socialize, discover great cigars, and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy interacting with others, take pride in excellent service, and know how to create a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Help customers select cigars based on their preferences and experience.
• Build relationships with regular customers while making newcomers feel comfortable.
• Recommend cigars, accessories, and additional products to increase sales.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions.
• Stock merchandise, maintain humidors, and keep the shop clean and organized.
• Assist with cigar events, promotions, and special activities.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store sales goals.

• Retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet applicable legal age requirements for selling tobacco products.
