Job Description

As a Solar Installer at EMT Solar & Roofing, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar panels and associated equipment.
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the installation team to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer any client questions.
• Keep accurate records of project details and maintenance activities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology advancements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical education is a plus).
• Previous experience in solar installation or related fields is preferred.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
