As a Manager Trainee, you’ll gain real-world experience from the ground up-starting in the yard and progressing into management through mentorship and structured training. If you’re a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for operations, we want to hear from you.

Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead, supervise, and support a diverse team of operators, technicians, and staff
- Foster a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment
- Enforce strict safety standards and conduct regular inspections
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements
- Oversee preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
- Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime
- Coordinate inbound/outbound material movement
- Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays
- Monitor material processing quality and regulatory compliance
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Support profitability through smart resource management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in operations or industrial environments (recycling/waste management a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of safety standards and industrial best practices
- Familiarity with logistics, maintenance, and inventory systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
This is a physically active, outdoor role in an industrial setting. You will:
- Work in varying weather conditions
- Be exposed to machinery and high noise levels (hearing protection required)
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Occasionally work in confined spaces
