As a Commercial Scale Clerk at EMR, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations at our Becker, MN site. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll provide excellent customer service while weighing and recording materials, issuing receipts, and providing general administrative support.

About The Opportunity
As a Commercial Scale Clerk at EMR, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations at our Becker, MN site. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll provide excellent customer service while weighing and recording materials, issuing receipts, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Weigh incoming/outgoing trucks and materials, issue tickets, and process payments
- Verify materials and coordinate with yard staff
- Provide prompt, helpful support to meet customer needs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills
- Monday – Friday, 6:00am - 5:00pm
- $19 per hour with opportunity for overtime
- $50,000-$55,000 projected annual income with overtime
- PTO and 9 paid company holidays
