Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics and supply chain team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes across our warehouse and distribution centers. Your expertise will ensure optimal stock levels, streamline order fulfillment, and support overall operations management. Key Responsibilities (tasks that you do to achieve the accountabilities):
- Verify forms are filled out properly.
- Troubleshoot non-conforming paperwork and resolve.
- Enter data into IQMS: 1. End of shift production data. 2. Cycle count information. 3. Inventory Transaction data.
- Verify inventory transactions are being done properly on the floor by anyone that moves inventory.
- Support production, materials, and warehouse teams as requested.
- Complete and report cycle count on inventory items
- Assist with pull backs.
- Perform daily audits of production jobs including cycle times, color, resin, and packaging.
- Analyze and maintain measurements for production performance and bonus programs.
- Perform daily cycle counts.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs.
- Actively support CPM quality systems
- Provide documentation and production feedback for jobs daily.
- Participate in physical inventories.
- Employ lean techniques to minimize investment in inventory.
- Performs all other assignments as required.
Qualities for Success:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse management and/or material handling.
- MRP systems experience.
- Can follow written and verbal instructions well.
- Understands basic Math.
- Competent basic computer skills.
- Can work independently or in teams effectively.
- Forklift experience
Physical & Mental Demands:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically strong enough to handle supplies and equipment up to 55 lbs.

Work Environment:
This position is required to conduct business on the manufacturing floor. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work near moving mechanical parts and could be exposed to chemical or electrical shock risk. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, and noise levels that are typically moderate.
