We do not use salespeople to talk to our clients; our Technical Directors lead the charge. You will act as a fractional technology executive, serving as the definitive bridge between a client's CEO and the engineering layer. You are not here to hand off abstract strategy deliverables; you are here to architect scalable systems, enforce rigorous engineering standards, and guide our teams to ship production-ready capabilities.

• Lead Technical Strategy: Act as the definitive bridge between the client's CEO and our engineering layer, aligning system architecture directly with the client's revenue goals.
• Architect for Ownership: Design systems that avoid proprietary lock-in, ensuring the technology stack becomes a scalable, depreciable capital asset for the client.
• Enforce Excellence: Establish rigorous engineering standards, implement proper code review processes, and enforce strict security compliance across all builds.
• Drive Systems Thinking: Apply deep root-cause analysis to client operational bottlenecks and champion continuous improvement to eliminate the operational drag created by legacy software.
• Client Communication: Speak directly and confidently with mid-market operators who require immediate execution, translating complex technical decisions into clear business outcomes without relying on buzzwords.
