What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Agent in Tampa, you will:

• Meet with pre-qualified buyer and seller leads provided by our team
• Guide clients through the home-buying and selling process
• Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and listing presentations
• Use our CRM, scripts, and follow-up systems to convert more opportunities
• Provide a 5-star client experience from the first conversation to closing
• Collaborate with a high-performing real estate team focused on growth

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in licensing coursework)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
