What You’ll Do
- Complete hands-on training covering solar products, sales strategies, and energy evaluations
- Connect with homeowners to assess their needs and introduce solar solutions
- Conduct in-person consultations and deliver customized proposals
- Clearly explain system benefits, financing options, and tax incentives
- Manage leads and follow-ups using user-friendly CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while providing exceptional service
