### RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct initial intakes and assessments for students seeking
- Assign students to appropriate clinical or non-clinical supports
- Coordinate referrals to campus resources to address needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with students to support
- Collaborate with counseling, coaching, health, accessibility, and
- Document case management activities and outcomes.
- Assessing trends of student needs and best practices.
- Serve as a core member of the Early Alert Team.
- Directly and indirectly supervise student staff.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and regulatory
- Have knowledge of ADA and 504 Student Accessibility and Support
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions to

- Salary: \$45,000 - \$55,000
