Senior Specialist – Experiential Marketing

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Senior Specialist – Experiential Marketing to support the planning and execution of impactful live experiences that showcase innovative audio, video, and imaging technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing complex event logistics, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences across both B2B and B2C audiences.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and event stakeholders, you will play a key role in bringing large-scale activations, trade shows, product launches, executive summits, and demonstration experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, including industry trade shows, product launches, executive summits, partner demonstrations, and customer engagement events.
- Manage critical event logistics such as guest communications, hotel accommodations, registration processes, onsite check-in, attendee tracking, and post-event reporting.
- Develop and maintain project management tools including run-of-show schedules, production timelines, checklists, asset trackers, staffing plans, and RSVP systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Provide onsite operational support, including event setup, attendee experience management, troubleshooting, and event teardown.
- Collect, organize, and analyze event data to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Research industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance experiential marketing programs and audience engagement.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and quickly learn new event management and collaboration platforms as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, hospitality, customer service, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting live events, conferences, trade shows, or corporate activations.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for creating memorable customer and guest experiences.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with or willingness to learn platforms such as:
- Smartsheet
- Airtable
- Miro
- Event registration systems
- Concur
- Survey and data collection tools
