About the Rol

eWe are seeking an experienced Data QA/testing Sr with a strong background in the Healthcare Payer domain to drive data quality assurance initiatives across modern cloud-based data platforms. This role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, reliability, compliance, and scalability while partnering closely with data engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders

.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Healthcare Payer data, HEDIS, CMS Interoperability (FHIR), Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and data quality automation frameworks

Data Testing & Validati

• onDesign and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated testing strategies for ELT/ETL data pipeline
• s.Validate healthcare payer datasets, including claims, membership, provider, and clinical dat
• a.Perform FHIR API testing to support CMS interoperability requirement
• s.Validate HEDIS measures, quality reporting data, and regulatory reporting output

s.Automation & Quality Framewor

• ksDefine and implement QA automation strategies for Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory environment
• s.Develop reusable test automation frameworks using Python, PySpark, and SQ
• L.Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline
