BIM Modeler (Electrical)
We're looking for a BIM Modeler to support electrical construction projects by creating accurate Revit models and coordinating with project teams to deliver high-quality BIM documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Revit models for electrical construction projects.
- Create and modify Revit families, views, sheets, schedules, and templates.
- Produce accurate construction documentation and incorporate field updates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades during BIM coordination.
- Ensure models meet company BIM standards and project requirements.
- Support project documentation and maintain organized model files.
Qualifications
- 2 years of BIM modeling experience in electrical or MEP construction.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical construction drawings.
- Experience with Revit worksharing and 3D coordination.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Navisworks, or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.
