Position: Warehouse Team Lead
Office Location: Houston, TX 77038
Schedule: Full time weekdays Mon – Fri AM Shift
Pay: $18 - $22 per hour, plus production bonus (May work OT as needed 1.5X)
Job overview
Lead daily warehouse operations with a focus on inventory scanning and cargo flow. Support the team on the floor and help keep work moving safely and efficiently.
Job duties
• Supervise inventory scanning and cargo handling operations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound freight accuracy.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow.
• Support loading, unloading, and internal movement of goods.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Train and guide warehouse staff.
• Report inventory issues or delays to management.
• Assist with hands on warehouse work as needed.
Requirements
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is required. Bilingual in Spanish and Chinese is a plus!
• One or a year plus of warehouse experience is preferred.
• One year of basic supervisory experience will have priority.
• Forklift certification is strongly preferred.
• Able to push, lift, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Employment type and benefits
• Temp to hire position.
