We are seeking an experienced Service Team Lead to oversee daily field operations, support our technicians, and maintain the highest standards of service.
Position Overview:
The Service Team Lead will work closely with the Service Operations Manager to coordinate field work, mentor technicians, and ensure jobs are executed efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to influence team growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily job flow, assign technicians, and prioritize service work
Provide field-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when necessary
Guide and support technicians through training, problem-solving, and job expectations
Ensure quality of work, documentation, and adherence to company standards
Communicate job updates, challenges, and critical details with customers and office staff
Review service notes, photos, time entries, and materials for accuracy
Promote safety, teamwork, and professionalism in all field operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in service, field work, or a related technical role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support technicians
Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making capabilities
Clear and professional communication with customers, team members, and office staff
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Organized, reliable, and safety-focused
