Security Guard (Bilingual English and Spanish)

Employment Solutions is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) Unarmed Security Guard to manage the front desk security operations for a well-established manufacturing facility in Davie, FL. This role is heavily focused on access control, badge management, and monitoring security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk security operations and act as the first point of contact
• Check employees, visitors, and vendors in and out of the facility
• Issue and track visitor badges and employee access credentials
• Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and report any suspicious activity
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and access records
• Enforce company access control procedures and policies
• Provide a professional and welcoming presence while maintaining security standards
• Respond to and report incidents, safety concerns, or irregularities
• Communicate effectively with management and staff

Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Valid Florida Class D Security License (Unarmed)
• Minimum 1-2 years of security front desk experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills for logging and monitoring systems

Work Environment

• Front desk / lobby setting within a manufacturing facility
• Primarily indoor role with extended periods of sitting and monitoring screens
• Interaction with employees, visitors, and vendors throughout the shift
