The Role
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for the creation and assembly of high-quality machined or molded products. This role requires precision, a hands-on approach, and the ability to maintain a streamlined production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production & Assembly: Perform precise cutting, drilling, milling, and assembly of products.
- Quality Control: Maintain extreme attention to detail to ensure the quality of hand-crafted items.
- Logistics: Handle the packaging and shipping of customer orders.
- Inventory & Documentation: Manage clerical tasks such as work orders and accurate inventory tracking.
- Maintenance: Ensure production equipment and assemblies are properly maintained.
Skills & Requirements

- Communication: Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems with little to no supervision.

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $19 per hour.
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).
