Location: Fletcher, NC
Pay: $1,600 biweekly
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.36 per mile
Schedule: 5 days per week (weekends required) with either Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday off

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Fletcher, NC. In this role, you will service assigned accounts using your own insured vehicle, stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining clean, well-presented product displays.

This is a non-delivery role focused strictly on merchandising and in-store execution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, staying active, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves, coolers, displays, and back stock at assigned customer locations
• Organize inventory and remove damaged or expired product
• Build and maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
• Perform general labor including moving product, pallets, shells, and flats
• Maintain product rotation and ensure proper stock levels
• Communicate with store personnel and support overall account needs
• Complete routes efficiently while adapting to daily priorities

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with insurance required
• Must be able to work weekends consistently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay on task without supervision
