Employment Solutions is currently hiring dependable and motivated Bilingual Manufacturing Associates for a growing manufacturing company located in the Opa-Locka area. We are seeking individuals looking for long-term career opportunities with a stable and team-oriented company environment.
Location: Opa-Locka, FL
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Rotating Shift Schedule:
- Week 1: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Week 2: 2:00 PM – 10:40 PM
(Monday – Friday)
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a continuous flow of materials to production machines, including cartons, labels, master cases, aluminum foil, adhesives, and other supplies.
- Support machine operators with daily production tasks and operational needs.
- Follow all company policies related to housekeeping, sanitation, hygiene, pest control, and workplace safety.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards, including ISO 9001 requirements and FDA, ATF, GMP, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
- Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and safe production environment.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts.
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
