Business Development Representative (BDR) – Denver, CO
Location: Denver, CO (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $52,000 base $60,000–$65,000 OTE (Year 1)

Our client, a growing leader in commercial services, is seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their Denver-based sales team. This is an entry-level sales role with a clear path for growth into advanced sales positions within the organization.
Day to Day:
- Execute 200 outbound activities daily (calls, emails, social media, and direct mail) to engage prospective clients
- Prospect across industries including offices, healthcare, education, fitness, and hospitality
- Develop and manage cold outreach and follow-up campaigns
- Use CRM and sales tools to track pipeline activity and prospect engagement
- Qualify leads through needs analysis and identify potential opportunities
- Schedule 2 qualified appointments daily for the outside sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and pipeline activity
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness
- Generate referrals by engaging current customers
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or appointment setting roles
- Proven success in high-volume cold calling and lead generation
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM and sales tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Spotio, or similar platforms)
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in B2B or service-based industries
- Familiarity with facilities or commercial services
