Employment Solutions of NY is partnering with a well established manufacturer to hire a Sales Manager. This successful and well respected company specializes in producing high precision, thin metal parts and components for a diversified range of industries including: aerospace, computer, electronics, fuel cells, filtration devices, radio antennas.
Location: Glastonbury, CT
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000/year plus commission
About the Role
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinating all customer inquiries, RFQ’s, Quoting activity, Customer PO’s, Sales, Returns and other customer issues.
- Utilizing the Company’s social media and other advertising programs that generate Sales leads.
- Using the database of customers and prospects, Order History, Quotes, Sales Funnel and other traditional customer and sales reporting; and,
- Developing and monitoring the annual Sales Budget and reporting actual results.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

- An engaging, entrepreneurial, and highly proactive approach
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- 8-10 years of Sales experience ideally in a Contract Manufacturing business.
- Ability to read blueprint drawings for part specs with a general understanding of the manufacturing process, particularly job shop manufacturing.
