I'm recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer for a leading technology manufacturer in Horseheads, NY. This is a direct hire position with a leading company, great benefits and work in the demanding research and power generation field!
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and develop engineering design documents, specifications, and calculations.
- Prepare and verify specifications for materials, parts, manufacturing processes, and testing procedures.
- Create and review technical reports, test results, and experimental designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales, to resolve technical issues and support operations.
- Support design analyses, specification reviews, and technical proposals.
- Participate in the identification and resolution of technical non-conformances and quality concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience supporting an industrial product manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience writing technical specifications, editing -strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with process testing, reviewing data of manufactured products.
- Working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD Inventor, Solidworks, Ansys FEA, or similar software a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Valid Driver’s license
Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
