Fence Installer – Construction Crew

We are seeking motivated and reliable Fence Installers to join our growing construction team in the Franksville, WI area. This is a hands-on outdoor role working on residential, commercial, and industrial fencing projects. Responsibilities
- Install and repair wood, chain link, vinyl, and metal fencing systems
- Measure, layout, and prepare job sites for installation
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Load, unload, and transport fencing materials
- Assist crew leads and follow job site instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet project timelines
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior construction, fencing, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments
- Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred (reliable transportation required)
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take direction
