We’re a family-owned construction company based in Elkhorn, WI, building high-end apartment communities throughout southeast Wisconsin. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who want to be part of a steady, year-round crew.
Job Description:
This position involves hands-on outdoor construction work with a variety of tasks that change day to day. Concrete experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Job Duties:
- Assisting with general building and site construction
- Concrete forming and pouring for walls and footings
- Flatwork setup and finishing (sidewalks, slabs, patios)
- Installing and stripping concrete wall forms
- Backfilling, grading, and compacting
- Site prep, clean-up, and material handling
- Equipment operation, including skid steers and lifts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Construction experience (concrete a plus)
- Able to lift, move, and work on your feet all day
- Positive attitude and dependable
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather
- Follows direction and works well with a crew.
