As Regional Executive General Manager (Sr Director/VP level, reporting to COO) with Tidewater Logistics ( https://www.tidewater-logistics.com/ ) you’ll coordinate logistics, optimize terminals throughput, drive commercial performance, uphold standards safe/efficient/ profitable operations of 3 bulk transloading terminals, supporting movement of frac sand/condensate/related energy products (rail/barge/truck) serving Appalachian Basin customers.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Oversee operations across 3 facilities: align with company goals/safety standards/customer expectations
Establish policies/KPIs/SOPs
Identify/implement/increase asset utilization, reduce operating costs, improve profit
Lead safe/compliant rail operations: switching, classification, staging of 1000 car capacity
Coordinate barge movements/berth scheduling/liquid handling
Manifest/unit train scheduling, tank/hopper car handling/Class I railroad interface
Lead/develop managers/supervisors/staff
Promote accountability, continuous improvement, safety-first
Collaborate w/ Sales/BusDev/Finance on growth initiatives/capital investments
Regs: OSHA, DOT, FRA, PHMSA, EPA, USCG
HSE programs/audits/incident investigations/root analyses
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree & 10 years’ bulk terminal or industrial logistics, including 5 years multi-site management PLUS:
Rail operations/switching logistics/Class I railroad coordination
Barge transloading/river terminal ops
Financial accountability/cost management/team leadership
Midstream or frac sand
Project management/Six Sigma
TMS/WMS systems/asset tracking
25–40% Travel (tri-terminal region)
