About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise CNAs, establish work procedures, prepare schedules, and counsel/discipline staff as needed.
- Deliver nursing care to residents, including admission assessments, interim care plans, and daily monitoring.
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side effects, drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Respond to emergencies promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, files, and incident reports.
- Confer with residents and families to ensure clear communication and understanding of care.
- Conduct daily rounds and ensure residents are aware of available services.
- Maintain accountability for controlled substances.
- Support facility supply systems and overall nursing operations.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active state licensure as RN or LVN.
- IV certification and current CPR card.
- Knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, and incompatibilities.
- Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Proof of permission to work in the United States.
