Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
- Enter invoices and related data into the accounting or ERP system.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports where applicable.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain organized and accurate digital and/or physical records of invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform other related administrative or accounting duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, accounts payable, or general accounting preferred.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
