What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at EmployHQ?
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs building and ground maintenance.
- Repairs and maintains production equipment.
- Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
- Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment. Able to make minor repairs.
- Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
- Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
- Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
- Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 -10 years in related positions.
- Tech savvy.
- Must have valid NC driver license.
- Must be able to work M-F, 7am-3:30pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
