Experience
- 2 to 3 years of directly related or closely related experience of items below.
- 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of community association management experience.

Employers Options is seeking an Assistant Community Director to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
- Provide support and oversight to the respective Management Services team (aka CAM team) under the guidance of the Senior Director.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director to monitor CAM performance.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships between CAMs and vendors at the branch level.
- Assist in the management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level, working closely with the Senior Director to achieve goals.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Senior Director to contribute to the overall success of the branch.
- Facilitate the training and onboarding of CAMs, ensuring that they receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education.
- Track and manage continuing education and branch-led training initiatives.
- Proficiency in GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) to a level that supports financial tasks within the branch.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) to effectively utilize these tools in various branch-related tasks.
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) to ensure clear and professional communication.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate as an integral part of the branch team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in all duties and responsibilities related to the branch.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
