- 2 in a general administrative support role is preferred.
- 1-3 experience working in a maintenance or facilities management organization.
- 2 years of experience in the estimating, planning, or scheduling of construction, maintenance or operations activities preferably related to utility facilities or equipment preferred.

Job Description
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates T&D Operations work for customer service installations.
- Provide technical and analytical support on evaluation and processing of contractor invoices, and management of SAP databases & field inspections, and TECO of work orders.
- Ensures T&D crews have full day's work that is in in compliance with safety, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Ensure work provided is in alignment with company goals and targets, with emphasis on safety and budgetary efficiency.
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software like SAP PM, Maximo, or similar a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of business office administrative procedures and methods for a medium size organization
- Basic knowledge of electrical utility or similar type industry preferred.
- Experience with or willing to learn to read and understand construction drawings and standards. Knowledge of electrical drawings preferred.
- Willing to learn applicable state and federal regulations/permits, laws, and codes.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes, inventory control, and safety regulations a plus.
- Working knowledge of estimating, planning, or scheduling of construction, maintenance or operations activities highly desirable.
- General knowledge of electrical utility transmission and distributions system facilities and equipment, acceptable work practices, and safety requirements desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with a variety of individuals.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, etc.
- Experience with maintenance management software a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of personnel (internal/external customers and suppliers), both in written and verbal communications.
- Ability to prepare effective presentations and reports using office equipment, personal computers and related software applications.
- Ability to remain flexible in a demanding work environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Must have or be able to qualify for State of Hawaii driver’s license and Hawaiian Electric driver’s license to conduct on-site coordination.
