Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives and expand market presence
  • Provide overall leadership and direction to executive teams and staff across all departments
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
  • Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for growth and partnership
  • Ensure operational efficiency by establishing policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and teamwork
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and public engagements
  • Supervise senior leadership teams, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure effective management
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly

Experience

  • Proven senior leadership experience in a similar executive role with a track record of successful management
  • Extensive background in business management, strategic planning, and organizational development
  • Demonstrated success in business development and expanding organizational reach
  • Strong financial management skills with experience overseeing budgets and financial reporting
  • Supervising experience with a focus on building high-performing teams and leadership development
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire stakeholders at all levels
  • Prior experience in managing change initiatives and navigating complex organizational challenges
