Customer Service Representative

Overview
Employee Benefit Design is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Service & Enrollment Team Coordinator to support our clients and internal team. This role is an excellent entry point into the employee benefits industry and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new systems, and building a long-term career in insurance and benefits.

The Client Service specialist will assist with employee benefit enrollments, client questions, claims support, bill audits, and administrative tasks.

Duties

• Perform data entry for employee benefit enrollments and changes
• Assist clients with claims issues, benefit questions, and general education
• Review and audit insurance bills for accuracy
• Support open enrollment processes
• Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal team members
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
• Complete general administrative and service-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes
• Customer-service oriented with a helpful, positive attitude
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license within 90 days of hire (company-paid training and materials provided)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
