Account Manager – Employee Benefits (Springfield, MO | In Person)
Employee Benefit Design is hiring an Account Manager to support our growing employee benefits team. This is a full-time, in-person role with structured training and an upward growth path for a career-minded individual.
What you’ll do:
• Assist brokers with insurance quotes and renewals
• Support client onboarding and account management
• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM
• Collaborate with a team focused on exceptional client service
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
• Detail-oriented and team-focused mindset
• Insurance or benefits experience is a plus, but not required
