Position Overview
We are hiring top-performing remote Inside Sales Executives to close inbound leads and conduct high-conversion outbound follow-up calls. This is a high-income opportunity for serious closers who thrive on performance and freedom..
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 100–150 inbound and outbound calls per day
- Close new course enrollments and recurring memberships
- Upsell and cross-sell advanced training programs and bundled packages
- Work leads through CRM with structured task tracking, follow-ups, and notes
- Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas between $125K–$150K
Required Qualification
2 years of inside sales experience (phone-based preferred)
- Proven history of closing $100K–$150K in monthly revenue
- Strong phone presence, closing skills, and high call volume stamina
- Confidence working with doctors and healthcare professionals
- CRM fluency, strong organization, and self-discipline in a remote role
- Must have a dedicated home office and reliable internet
Compensation & Benefits
- $5,500 guaranteed monthly draw (non-recoverable). $75,000 annual draw
- Uncapped commission structure:
- Strong % up to quota
- Accelerated % on revenue above quota
- Monthly SPIFs and top-performer bonuses
- OTE range: $120,000–$200,000 based on performance
