Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of multiple properties. This on-site role, located in Clermont, FL, includes duties such as coordinating maintenance activities, enforcing community standards, managing budgets, preparing for and attending board meetings, and serving as the primary liaison between the community and the management team. The role also involves addressing resident concerns, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple communities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with board members, residents, and vendors.
- Knowledge of property management best practices and familiarity with HOA and condominium governance.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and navigating regulatory requirements for communities.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle conflict resolution diplomatically.
- Computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office Suite, and community management software.
- CAM (Community Association Manager) license is required.
- Previous experience in property or community management is preferred.
Work Conditions
- Office & On-Site Work: Splits time between an office (handling administrative and financial tasks) and visiting properties/communities (inspections, meetings, vendor coordination).
- Travel: Frequently drives between multiple properties, communities, and association meetings.
- Moderate Activity: Walking properties, inspecting common areas, climbing stairs, or occasionally lifting files, signs, or small equipment.
- Indoor & Outdoor Conditions: Work may take place in various weather conditions when conducting inspections or supervising maintenance/repairs.
