Position Overview
We are seeking a System Administrator who will take ownership of our IT operations while helping us scale through automation and smart system design.
This role goes beyond traditional IT support. You will oversee the helpdesk, manage our systems and infrastructure, and play a key role in building and maintaining Power Platform solutions that improve efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Helpdesk & IT Operations
• Oversee and manage daily helpdesk operations
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues across all offices
• Develop and maintain helpdesk workflows, SLAs, and automation
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support when needed
• Track and report on helpdesk performance and trends
System Administration
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environment (Admin Center, Entra ID, Intune)
• Administer user accounts, permissions, MFA, and device policies
• Oversee endpoint management (laptops, iPads, office equipment)
• Support network infrastructure (Meraki preferred)
• Manage backups, security policies, and system compliance
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations
Power Platform & Automation
• Build and maintain solutions using:
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• SharePoint
• Automate internal processes (onboarding, reporting, approvals, workflows)
• Integrate systems across platforms (e.g., CRM, forms, email, reporting)
• Support development of dashboards and internal tools
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation
Technology & Growth Support
• Assist with implementation of new tools and systems
• Support marketing and operations teams with technical needs
• Help scale infrastructure as the company grows
• Contribute to long-term IT strategy and innovation initiatives
Qualifications
Required
• 3 years of experience in system administration or IT operations
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Admin, Entra ID, Intune)
• Experience managing helpdesk systems and ticket workflows
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
• Experience with SharePoint as a business system or intranet
• Familiarity with network systems (Meraki or similar)
• Experience with automation, scripting, or integrations
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations
