What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in building construction or similar field; or
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated managerial or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of construction and maintenance practices, procedures, and techniques
- Working knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal building codes
- Proficiency in the use of construction tools, equipment, and maintenance techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, work orders, and technical documents
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex instructions and present information effectively in individual and small group settings
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage both concrete and abstract variables in dynamic situations

- Complete projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with internal teams as needed
