Empire Electric and Spray Foam is looking for a motivated and personable Insulation Salesman to join our growing team. Prior sales experience is a must. The ideal candidate is confident working with customers, has strong communication skills, and is driven to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to discuss insulation needs
- Inspect properties and identify insulation opportunities
- Explain insulation options, benefits, and energy savings to customers
- Prepare estimates and present proposals
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Close sales and meet monthly sales goals
- Coordinate with installation crews to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Experience
- Previous sales experience required
- Construction, insulation, or home-improvement experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable using a phone, computer, and basic estimating software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
